Fat One BBQ Steamboat

Recently dined at this steamboat buffet restaurant located at Sunway Mentari, and we definitely enjoyed it. The ingredient choices were impressive with an abundance of fresh seafood, meats and vegetables. My personal favorite was the pork slices, which were delicious and tender. In addition to the steamboat, the restaurant also offers a BBQ option for a small additional price which was a fantastic bonus. Butter was also generously provided, enhancing the grilling experience. Desserts were also available such as ice cream and taufufa. The taufufa was surprisingly good and we really loved it. Overall, this steamboat buffet restaurant offers great value for money, a wide variety of ingredients, and a good dining experience. Highly recommended!

Price has dropped slightly to RM39.90++/pax from RM46. Crab is not fully fresh but i guess can't complaint much for so much variety for Rm39.90. I like their sauces and herbal soup base. Chicken wing is big but difficult to eat, sesame seeds got stuck in my teeth. When i was there ice cream choice was only vanilla and chocolate. Cleanliness is not a priority here. Overall sufficient to satisfy my sudden cravings for steamboat.

My last trip was at least 10 years ago. Same amount of variety. Food was satisfying. Great to have it with family, friends and perhaps visitors.

A wide variety of food from seafood to poultry to veges . All are very fresh and it also comes with a variety of condiments. Kids love it and we love it!

Come here if you like seafood buffet. Rm39.90 per person for steamboat, if want bbq pan then need to add another rm5 for pan. Chicken wing here so so only, nothing to shout. I only come here for crab, but they lazy to come out crab, maybe 1 hour only come out once. Prawn here really depends on luck, sometimes big sometimes small. Overall worth for the money.

Their chicken is the best part within this restaurant. You can bbq and steamboat with 2 flavours together. The variety is there. Their ice cream isn't nice anymore but people mainly go there for buffet. There is no aircon so wear casual. As for the freshness, it's OK.

Best place to have buffet! It is recommend to eat with a group of 4-10 people, but must not wasting food or else charge u the weight of food u just waist! Luckily I got a big mouth lol. Btw the buffet is like a battlefield, u gotta act fast or miss the target to grab ur food! The food is good and nice but the ingredient need to cover and stay cool for hygiene fresh The service is not bad, The waiters are there to help as long as u wave for help. the cashier is strict but he’s a great guy! Atmosphere is quite a awkward situations, a lot of people eating and chatting is good but felt no personal space to eat lol.

Rm47 per person (adult) but very reasonable price, lots of food variety. Rm5 for grill pan. And two types of soup kind can choose. Its was a very nice experience. Too much of varieties couldnt finish taste all the food by one time. Will go again in future for sure.
